Who we are looking for:

Looking for risk management professional who has a deep knowledge of operational risk and business operations. The candidate will be part of the  Incident Management Team within Business Risk Management , with a focus on client billing related incidents.

Why this role is important to us:

The candidate will be part of Incident Management Team within Business Risk Management Group. Role and responsibilities will be in line with the Incident Capture and Management System (ICAMS) Policy, supporting functions across Institutional Services and Global Delivery globally, driving alignment and efficiency across core incident management activities (i.e. operating error and loss management activities). Candidate will be key contact for client billing related incidents.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Perform Business Risk Management role and responsibilities in line with the Incident Capture and Management System (ICAMS) Policy
  • Rationalize and enhance Incident Management activities to drive global process improvement, consistency, and efficiency
  • Challenge the status quo with focus on value add activities and improved process and solutions
  • Lead and perform independent review and issue analysis of all billing incidents, ensuring root cause is clear, appropriate correcting actions, and key data is accurately classified
  • Review/identify billing incident trends and themes across the organization. Document observations and liaise with First Line of Defense and Second Line of Defense colleagues, to document recommendations and actions
  • Create analytical reports and presentations as required, highlighting trends and identifying potential issues
  • Create and continuously improve billing incident management SOPs/user guides
  • Participate in and lead discussions related to client billing incidents, including Material Incident Reviews
  • Continuously develop self to promote a high performing and diverse workforce

  • Experience with a large financial services firm or advisory/consulting firm
  • Broad-based experience focused in operational risk management and business operations
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills - in written and verbal formats to various situations and audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work with global cross-functional teams and act as a change agent
  • Self-motivated professional with the ability to work within deadlines and meet goals
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
  • University degree in Business majoring in Accounting, Finance, or other Financial-related programs would be preferred
  • Overall experience of 3+ years with any Business Function. Operational risk background would be an added advantage
  • Advanced excel and presentation skills
