To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Finance Manager. Here is an opportunity for an experienced Finance specialist to support APAC Supply Chain, you will be leading in the development and delivery of APAC Supply Chain long term Financial Planning, Annual Operating Planning, monthly forecast and performance management in addition to leading GP and Agro agenda for the Sector through insights and analytics.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Support Supply Chain Finance Lead in developing and delivering Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Deep Dive (5 year) for Asia Pacific Region Supply Chain (COGS, Distribution, Global Procurement & Agronomy)
  • Strategic Supply Chain projects such as benchmarking between various markets, sustainability analysis etc
  • Monthly supply chain financial performance management (analysis of actual results and forecast along with key supply chain KPIs)
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting for NOPBT cause of change, Net Commodity Inflation (NCI) and other deliverables
  • Business partner with Global Procurement (GP) teams including reporting's to corporate GP teams (NCI, Cashflow, Productivity, CRMC etc)
  • Presenting financials in GP townhalls and support in creation of robust GP function
  • Support GP in driving commodity and indirect productivity and cashflow agenda
  • Supporting digitalization agenda for GP & Supply Chain Finance

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in finance and planning
  • 3+ years of experience of working in a business and managing a team of associates
  • Master's Degree in commerce/business administration/economic with Finance & Accounting Experience. CA/ICWAI/CPA Finance is preferred
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to Supply Chain
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience of Management reporting and planning
  • Experience with working with FMCG sector
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
