Description

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining banking relationship with the Company's existing banks
• Managing credit structure across Australia, China and US business
• Developing credit facility to maximise business performance such as working capital, trade credit, term debt, supply finance, Fx hedging and asset financing
• Developing Treasury functions for strong financial controls and supporting company's performance
• Assisting in Hong Kong IPO listing Process

Profile

Experience Required:

• 10 years + of treasury experience
• Banking relationship is a must
• CPA Qualification is a must
• Able to work independently
• Good Language Skills are required
• HK IPO experience is highly preferred
