Trainee/Intern
Richemont owns several of the world's leading companies in the field of luxury goods, with particular strengths in jewellery, luxury watches and writing instruments.
Job responsibilities:
1. Daily register payments and VAT invoices in the excel files协助财务部门同事签收和登记付款申请和发票记录;
2. Print and file paper vouchers for A/P team应付会计凭证打印与整理;
3. Prepare the paper supporting documents for payments为付款申请准备支持文件;
4. Support other ad-hoc matters assigned by manager协助经理完成其他被指派的任务
Requirements:
1. University student in finance and accounting or related财务或会计相关专业大学生；
2. Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel熟悉微软办公软件，特别是Excel；
3. Ability to work independently with patience and carefulness可独立进行工作、认真仔细；
4. AP Intern还将有机会学习公司财务政策和审核标准，参与支持AP Accountant审核员工报销单等工作；
