Work you'll do

• 协助与客户进行访谈，了解客户的业务运作模式和潜在的研发项目；
• 在经理和高级顾问的指导下，协助识别和分析客户的新产品或研发项目的核心技术与技术创新点；
• 协助业务拓展，包括编写服务建议书和准备会议材料等；
• 协助完成研发激励项目的交付物（包括全套申请材料和报告的准备）。

We are looking for someone with

• 优先考虑计算机科学，信息技术或其他IT相关专业的本科及以上学位； 
• 1-3年IT行业研发岗位工作经验，熟悉研发流程；
• 具有较强的项目管理和跟踪能力，能够控制项目风险，能够独立完成多个项目；
• 具有良好的英语口头和书面交流能力；
•  有海外留学或工作经验者优先；
•  有活力，责任心强，善于沟通，具有团队精神。
