Your field of responsibility

An outstanding opportunity to join us as a Reporting Specialist responsible for developing reporting and analytics solutions in support of our 3rd party supply chain activities (e.g. sourcing events, contracts, risk assessments, spend etc). You will have proven experience in developing reporting using toolset like MS Power BI tool (including M and complex DAX skills) and data science knowledge to support development of data models. You will also require project management skills to manage, progress activities related to implementation of automated dashboards on our reporting platform alongside analytical skills to translate business requirements into insights (e.g. documenting business requirements, preparation of documentation, testing) as well as some excel reports production and ad-hoc analysis. You will also have the opportunity to partner with our IT colleagues in implementation of requirements using the Agile Scrum methodology as well as stakeholders management on different seniority levels within large international organization.

Your skills and experience 

We are looking for: 

  • Proven professional experience in reports production using Power Query and Power BI tools and project management experience within an international organization
  • Strong data science and analysis knowledge and good understanding of how to combine data from different objects based on logical models and referential integrity
  • Proven quantitative competencies including ability to process large sets of data and exceptional attention to detail
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) and strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a structured approach to managing and completing tasks. Proven ability to manage work well under pressure
  • Dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
