What is the role?

As a Bookkeeper working within our flagship London office, you will work alongside our growing accounts team covering within a supportive and collaborative environment, providing the following services to a diverse range of Owner Managed Business clients.

• Processing supplier and debtor's invoices and ensuring timely supplier payments
• Balancing accounts and bank reconciliations
• Preparation of VAT returns and EC Sales List submissions
• Preparation of accounts for managers to review
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients
• Monitoring aged listings
• Dealing with financial paperwork and filing

What you will need to be;

• Be authentic in every situation and like to be connected to your team, clients and local communities
• Like to listen and understand, to show up every day with passion and to stand up for things that matter to you
• Be driven to succeed, take initiative and want results

As well as the above you will ideally have a minimum of 2-3 years bookkeeping experience with external clients and have experience of using systems like cloud accounting software's.
