Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Involvement in the production of the monthly dashboards for GMD London and COO Office Globally

2. Liaise with the Paris Essbase team & GMD Finance to ensure the regular monthly production of detailed dashboards

3. Produce monthly from Keops (local database tool) information (inc by client) revenues by product Line

4. To produce monthly an estimate by Country and by Business of Net Banking Income (NBI) as and when required.

5. To consolidate monthly all client revenues to include Financing Activities and Capital Markets data by product line and by entity including year to date and monthly movements.

6. Participation in the GMD Roadshow process

7. Produce analysis relating to travel by person within GMD

8. Processing of monthly Spot Statements & Profit Splits

9. Participate in the Annual budget process

10. Assist in the reconciliation process of revenues between management control and Financial control

11. Produce monthly reconciliation of trading revenues between RPC mam reports and local accounting & Essbase

12. Ad hoc requests and analysis as required by Manager, London Management and Paris Finance.

13. Produce the monthly contractor's accruals

14. Contribute to the Forecast on London contractors

15. Contribute to Paris forecast process (D-15 and Yearly forecast)

16. Participation to the improvement of the current actuals process (procedures, reports writing)
