Financial Controller
Our client is looking to hire an experienced Financial Controller to join the senior management team with immediate effect. Because this well-established Charity based in Ilkley is a not-for-profit organisation, we are looking for a unique individual with an enquiring mind and caring nature which recognises that although the finances are vital, quality of care and care provision comes before profits.
We are not looking for someone with a big PLC/Corporate cutthroat attitude; we want to hire someone who wants to do a quality and meaningful job that adds value to people's lives.

Your team are hard-working and committed and currently consists of a Finance Manager and two Finance Officers.
You will report to and work closely with the CEO, who also comes from a Finance background. The CEO has a real passion for the organisation, its employees, and the individuals it supports. You will have excellent support and can be assured that you are working with a fantastic group of individuals.

- You will be comfortable dealing with external partners such as Lenders, Bankers, Auditors, Trustees and Board Members.
