Description

• Support the daily accounting functions, including processing invoices / receipts, preparation of payment.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedule and analysis.
• Assist in liaising with internal and external stakeholders on all payment issue / PO issue / invoice issues.
• Able to prepare the month end close journals/ invoices and preparing monthly balance sheet schedule and analysis.
• Perform Month End Close activities, and monthly accruals during month end/ year end
• Update designated tracker & ensure completeness of the incoming request & enquiry per Service Level Agreement
• Support daily expense report functions/
• Company KPI reporting and dashboard reporting.
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
• Key liaison with auditors, tax agent & company secretary and tax authority

Profile

• Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification will be added advantage (ACCA, CIMA, MIA or equivalent).
• Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience in accounting, or audit field.
• Able to handle a full set of accounts and work independently with minimum supervision.
• Conform to policies, procedures and statutory requirements including auditing, accounting, taxation and internal control.
• Good skills in Microsoft Excel for formula & data analysis.
• Meticulous, careful, resourceful and dedicated with a positive working attitude.
• Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
