They are now hiring an Accounting Officer position due to business expansion with the increasing demand on their services.

Description

• Handle full set of accounting
• Provide daily accounting support including preparation of invoices, credit notes, cheques, payment and receipts, journal voucher and general ledger
• Provide timely and comprehensive accounting and management reports of the designated aircraft for management review
• Prepare accounting reports, statistical and other reports as required by the management or customers
• Follow up the overdue accounts
• Resolve disputed invoices with clients via collaboration with internal teams
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing & reporting
• Recommend any process improvement opportunities for efficiency, control & compliance enhancement
• Any ad hoc assignments as deemed necessary from direct manager

Profile

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines
• Min 1 year of accounting experience in a commercial firm
• Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills and knowledgeable in SAP is preferable
• Able to communicate in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
