Main Responsibilities
- Provides financial expertise for new brands/SKUs within all categories by gathering all necessary data from related departments and tracks performance of these new products
- Keeps track of EarnX, ensures monthly accurate SKU profitability reporting of Sell-in&Sell-Out PLs and prepares relevant reports for submissions
- Performs ad-hoc pricing analysis including value chain analysis
- Analyzes financial performance of marketing promotions and tracks ROI
- Performs capital project request (CPR) reports and prepares post-completions
- Supports commercial teams for the overall financial management with adhoc profitability reports
- Provides timely financial insights on the progress of business performance as well as initiatives taken as part of the Business Plan process with a specialized focus on category, brand and SKU
- Designing and providing sustainable financial profitability models through the usage of technological infrastructure and system economics
- Opex & COGS follow-up and business partnering with related departments to provide cross functional flow of information
Capabilities
- Undergraduate Degree
- Fluent in English & Turkish
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience
- Being a member or student of professional accounting body (ACCA / CPA) will be an added advantage
- Good financial knowledge and business acumen,
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strategic mindset and planning skills
- Self-starter with effective communication skills
