DISCOVER THE ROLE

As the Junior Payroll Accountant you will be responsible for a portfolio of corporate clients for whom TMF provide payroll services. Since this is  an entry level position, you will be provided with regular training and updates for technical skills and qualifications that are necessary to perform the job.

Key responsibilities: 

• Accurate payroll calculation for our clients in the provided payroll system/program, printing of payroll slips;
• Registration/deregistration of employees into/out of insurance agencies;
• All administrative activities related to payroll calculation;
• Handling of salaries in the current SW according to the delivered client’s records and related activities in accordance with the valid legislative;
• Personal consultations with the client if needed;
• Legislative connected with salary processing, expansion of personal knowledge;
• Preparing routine correspondence to various parties.

Key requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree (Faculty of Economics will be considered as an advantage);
• Good knowledge of English language (B1);
• 1+ years of experience in back office administration;
• CZ payroll basic knowledge;
• Willingness to learn;
• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel & MS Word);
• High motivation and team spirit.
