Job Description

Strategic Operations & Special Projects is a team that sits across many functions at Hastee. There will be key initiatives that are required to drive business growth, and this is a role that will give you the chance to work with all the different divisions at Hastee and learn about all the parts that make a business run. As a Strategic Operations intern you will work with and get access to the senior members of the company, and the learning curve is steep! Some key initiatives may include:

• Working on increasing revenue for our for key employers, working with the onboarding and marketing teams to execute initiatives to increase the uptake of the Hastee app

• Work with operations to manage and onboard clients
• Working with finance, to update the financial model, create and run monthly reports for shareholders
• Work with finance on credit checking and debt reporting
• Work with finance on the pitch deck, financial model, and data room for Hastee fundraising
• Work with Strategy on rolling out international launches in adjacent countries

And so much more! No week is the same, and there will always be new necessary projects coming up, that you can get stuck in.

Qualifications

No previous experience is required; however you will be a fantastic candidate for this job if the following applies to you:

• Curiosity and a desire to learn
• Willingness to take ownership of your own projects

• Previous start-up, banking, or consulting experience (as an intern or grad)
• Ability to work in excel and create great PowerPoint presentations
• Ability to create and work in financial models, write SQL
• Familiarity with Asana, HubSpot, PowerBI
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong at building relationships quickly

• Great organisation skills with being highly self-motivated, proactive, and willing to pull up your sleaves
• Excited by working in a fast-paced, international, high-growth fintech start-up where you can have a real impact on people's financial wellbeing

Additional Information

This will be a paid internship and a role based in London but supports working remotely for most of the week.
