As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.

Job purpose

The Accountant will work closely with clients to ensure deliveries according to agreement. You may be part of a team or work independently. The Junior Accountant will assist colleagues with daily tasks. A supervisor (subject matter expert or senior staff) will provide supervision of your tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Book-keeping of all types of accounting vouches
• Remittance, billing
• Accruals, reconciliation and documentation
• Reporting, including VAT reporting in some cases
• Client contact
• Closing of accounts
• Ensures TMF Compliance procedures are complied with in a timely manner
• Works under the direction of a Senior, ensuring work is delivered on time

Job specific requirements

• Degree in accounting, preferably a master’s degree
• Working experience is not required
• Ability to work independently and in team
• Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues through written or verbal communication in English
• Give high level of service to the clients
• Experience from accountant systems, preferably different systems would be an advantage
