Help us drive change: An exciting opportunity to have a material impact on how Credit Suisse operates in the area of intra-group collaboration including sharing of economics. This role in the CFO function entails work on key ‘change-the-bank’ projects with high visibility at a senior management level. The function is within a team responsible for governing and nurturing collaboration across the bank while simplifying processes as much as possible. The job includes analysis and presentation of financial/strategic analyses to senior management, business managers and other departments within the firm as well as creative problem solving. Every member of the team has the freedom to pro-actively drive value-added initiatives.

Your skills and experience

To be successful in this role, we believe you should possess the following skillset and experience:

  • Relevant university degree or banking-related apprenticeship (KV-Lehre); additional Finance qualifications such as e.g. CFA, CPA, MBA are a plus, but are not mandatory
  • Track record of excellence and innovation; natural curiosity and a mentality of embracing change; proof points of exceptional performance
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on mentality to ‘get things done’ while pursuing a structured approach (and not shying away from documenting it)
  • Project management skills with a focus on delivery; professional knowledge of spread-sheet and presentation software (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Willingness and ability to work against tight deadlines with the highest degree of accuracy and a collaborative attitude; flexible and adaptive team player
  • Fluency in English is required, no further language requirements apply
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
