Graduate Accountant

Prepare basic accounting, statistical, and narrative reports.

Compile, consolidate and conduct basic analysis of accounting and finance information.

Make accounting entries/adjustments through appropriate journal entries.

Examine a variety of financial statements and transactions for completeness, internal accuracy and conformance with accounting standards.

Monitor Budget Performance, prepare variance analysis and reconcile accounts

Process payment vouchers/ fiscal documents, ensure authenticity and accuracy of transactions before and after disbursement.

Process Commission and Payroll account of the staff.

Initiate payments and upload on the Accounts Software and other documents

Maintain accurate Company’s Account Details and monthly bank account reconciliation.

Prepare and presentation of Monthly Income Statements, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements.

Make timely payment of Companies’ Income Taxes, VAT, Withholding Tax, PAYE and other statutory payments

Keep informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.

Participate in accounting projects as an active team member
