A BOI promoted Thai-Japan-German JV in major manufacture of automotive part with Worldwide export. Our located in Amata City, Rayong Province (40 min from Pattaya, 90 mins from Bangkok), is a growing plant with about 1,000 employees. Currently products for the divisions Chassis Control, Powertrain Solutions, Diesel Systems and Electrical Drives are produced there. Also pass-through business is handled for several divisions.


Accounting Support
1) Download weekly oversea invoices to send to customers
2) Print oversea invoices to map with export entry and air waybills and keep in file
3) Prepared excel file control data for DN & CN
4) Check and filling receive voucher keep in folder
5) Prepared cash receipt send to local vendors

Finance Support
1) Prepare excel file from SAP for preparing cheques and payments.
2) Prepare monthly invoices for payment (via cheque) and other manual payments
3) Issue withholding tax certificate to employees and external suppliers or vendors
4) Verify letters from HR Department and distribute to Finance Team (Oversea invoices /local billing notes/ receipts / letter form various banks)
5) Prepare statements and recording clear supplier for the customs department (E-payment) to SAP system.
6) File all relevant documents


1) Currently, studying in Bachelor's degree or High Vocational in Finance, Accounting or in related fields
2) Eager to learn, details-oriented
3) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
4) Moderate in English Language
2) 6 months internship is preferable

Working conditions
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am. - 5:30 pm.
• Monthly allowance and housing allowance
