What you'll achieve

As a Regulatory Audit Senior Advisor, you will:

• Be responsible for internal audit and risk assessment of company'soperational processes which facilitate compliance with key global regulations, with a focus on Data Protection & Privacy.
• Provide input to audit roadmap development and prepare independent audit plans.Establish audit criteria to validatecontrols exist to facilitate compliance with legislatively mandated requirements.Also validate that controls are effective and efficient.
• Define the activities for review based on risk, compliance requirements, contractual obligations, and policies and procedures.
• Lead scope areas for audits/reviews performed onsite and remotely forboth internal Dell and third-party processes and locations.
• Report audit results to executive leadership and audit committee and make recommendations for implementing and/or enhancing controls where appropriate.
• Partner closely with Legal/Ethics, Human Resources, Marketing, Global Operations, and other key stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in an audit, compliance, or controllership role
• Ability to provide subject matter expertise andadviceforkey regulatory topics such as Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Trade Compliance, and Competition/Anti-Trust, with an emphasis on Data Protection & Privacy.
• Ability to leveragebusiness acumen and Data Protection & Privacy expertise to identify and make recommendations to key stakeholders onhow to mitigate risk.
• Ability to have a leadership role in thedevelopment of new audit techniques and plans that identify Data Protection & Privacy risk
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Ability to manage projects/large scope areas and provide guidance to less experienced team members
• Experience leveraging advanced analytics to provide business insights

Desirable Requirements

• Ability to anticipate operational risks/needs. Partners well with business stakeholders while leveraging influencing skills to drive necessary outcomes.
• Works independently, deals well with ambiguity, displays strong controllership
• Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization
• Professional certification or willingness to pursue
