This is an exciting opportunity for a transactional accountant to join a great company on a part-time basis. This is a hybrid working role with the majority of time spent working from home.

My client is a SME international PR agency. They have a fantastic culture and a great office in the City of London.

Description

As the Part-time Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for the following:

  • Processing purchase invoices on the system
  • Processing sales invoices on the system
  • Performing cost reconciliation and allocation
  • Performing supplier and bank reconciliation
  • Handling staff credit card expenses
  • Use of software skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs on Excel
  • Assisting with the year end close

Profile

To be considered for this Part-time Accounts Assistant role you must have the following:

  • Solid background in transactional accounting
  • Desire to work part-time
  • Maconomy experience desirable

Job Offer

  • £32,000 - £35,000 (pro rata)
