Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

Responsible for regular and implement financial reporting, handle full set of accounts (GL Part) and variance analysis. (for division, region or grouping)
To ensure timely submission and reporting of monthly Management Reports.
Implement and maintain an accounting system, internal controls, and working procedures for the company.
Responsible for Inter Co Transaction Billings and Inter Co Balances Reconciliations.
To lead, oversee and provide guidance to accounts team.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, statutory bodies, bankers, company secretary and lawyers for audit/tax/banking/legal matters
Review on debtors/creditors ageing on weekly basis.
Approve daily cash collection report and monthly bank reconciliation.
Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by the Management.

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or Professional Degree or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in related field with proven track record.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
Strong Excel spreadsheet skills and hands-on experience with Accounting Software.
Ability to establish priorities, work within tight deadlines and handle multiple concurrent activities.
Strong interpersonal skills and able to work with various departments within the group.
Able to communicate effectively in English both verbal and written.
Proactive and independent and details.
Knowledge of IFRS/Accounting Standards.
