Due to the company's rapid expansion, we are looking to further grow our Finance Team which forms part of our Support Operations Centre, located between Bristol and Bath.

About the role: This permanent position of Senior Assistant Management Accountant role, will be working closely with the MA team in the existing business. The main tasks will be ownership and production of surgery P&Ls, and working with the MAs across the business to deliver the monthly results.As part of the Finance Shared Service Centre, the post holder will be responsible for owning specific surgery P&Ls and producing their monthly management accounts to a high level of accuracy and you will deliver surgery P&L reviews at month end.

What are we looking for?
  • Strong academically - Completed CIMA all operational papers plus P2 / ACCA 4 out of 6 skills level papers (plus F5 & F7 papers)
  • Experienced in assistant management accounting roles
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment - flexibility is key
  • Excellent IT skills including excel, and confident on various management reporting systems
  • Strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver right-first time results quickly
  • Deadline focussed, and willing to put in the effort required to ensure they always meet them
  • Comfortable working within a clinical environment where compassion is a requirement
  • Understanding of small companies and how they work
