The is an exciting role for a part-qualified accountant to join a thriving business. Experience is rent accounting and/or a retail business would be highly desirable.

My client is a leading sports retail business. They are a well-known international brand with a reputation for having a fantastic culture. Their UK head accounting office is based in Canary Wharf, London.
Description
As the Junior Rent Accountant you will be responsible for the following:
- To ensure monthly Rent Accounting process for all activities
- To perform monthly services closing tasks (Finance & Direction)
- To perform yearly FSRs for your respective activities
- To functionally animate FBPs on rent and IFRS16 discrepancies
- To be responsible for IFRS16 support for Fiscal Audits
- To perform Monthly rent and deposit calculators file
- To perform External and Internal rent invoices/entries
- To ensure PBC List audit preparation
- Property and Sporstock archiving
- To follow up Business Rates
- To perform Autodiagnostic Property Expansion
- Mapping of Risks Property and Expansion
Profile
To be considered for this Junior Rent Accountant role you must have the following:
- Experience in an accounting role
- Retail experience
- IFRS16 experience highly desirable
- Passion for sport highly desirable
