We are recruiting for an Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior to work within our Bromley office, to assist the partners and managers in delivery of statutory audit and accounts preparation services, and to manage and allocate work to audit trainees.

The Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior duties will be:

  • Planning and delivery of audit/accounts assignments
  • Assisting junior staff during the audit and review their work
  • Delivering the audit file to the assignment manager in timely manner
  • Manage client communication in effective manner
  • Coach other staff for improved performance and technical development
  • Assist with the training of audit and accounts juniors

Experience

  • Some experience of private company audits
  • Some knowledge of and experience of current auditing standards and approaches: analytical review, documenting systems and controls, sampling techniques
  • Prior experience of statutory company accounts preparation under UK GAAP, and also charities

Qualifications

  • ACA/ACCA part-qualified

The Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior will have the following skills:
