Ruby Group are looking for a Credit Control administrator to join a national business located near Croydon. A newly created position that has arisen because of an internal restructure. Reporting to the Credit Manager your responsibilities will be. Credit control by telephone letter and email. Dealing with and resolving client queries. Allocating cash and updating debtor reports. Working closely with the Cash and banking team ensuring customer payments are reflected on accounts. Ensure discrepancies are effectively managed through the appropriate case management procedures.
The Ideal applicant will have experience working within a finance team. Ideally within a cash management environment. You must have excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with internal and external clients. This is a hybrid role spreading your working hours between the office and home.
