About the role

The AR Executive is in charge of supporting the North American region with the follow-up of invoices and ensuring the payment of clients on time.

Key responsibilities

  • Collections in North America region.
  • Supporting documentation and compliance of the customer disputes.
  • Accountable of categorization and escalation with the corresponding team.
  • Provide support to AR Team Leader for credit control activities as required.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field.
  • Desirable 1+ year of experience in Accounts Collections.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • ERP management- desirable SAP.
