About the role

The Accounts Receivable Executive is responsible of Managing the accounts receivable process of deductions in North America region. Supporting documentation and compliance of the customer disputes. Accountable of categorization and escalation with the corresponding team.

Key responsibilities

• Deductions in North America region.
• Supporting documentation and compliance of the customer disputes
• Accountable of categorization and escalation with the corresponding team
• In charge of daily account revision of disputes and management of the corresponding balances.

What will you need to be successful?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field.
• Desirable 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Fluent in English
• Advanced Excel
• ERP management- desirable SAP
