Description
Responsibilities will include:
- Enter purchase invoices and sales invoices into accounts system
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Petty cash and month end reconciliations
- Send out customer statements and remittances
- Payment run preparation and processing each week
- Credit control
- Accounts mailbox management including ad-hoc queries
Profile
The candidate will have:
- Some experience in a comparable role - Desired
- Able to work well alone or as part of a team - Required
- Basic IT skills including good knowledge of Excel - Required
- Prior experience using Sage 50 - Useful
- Good organisation and time management skills - Required
Job Offer
