The company are the largest in their sector within the UK. They have a very experienced, knowledgeable and driven team, and are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team during this exciting time.

Description

Responsibilities will include:

  • Enter purchase invoices and sales invoices into accounts system
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Petty cash and month end reconciliations
  • Send out customer statements and remittances
  • Payment run preparation and processing each week
  • Credit control
  • Accounts mailbox management including ad-hoc queries

Profile

The candidate will have:

  • Some experience in a comparable role - Desired
  • Able to work well alone or as part of a team - Required
  • Basic IT skills including good knowledge of Excel - Required
  • Prior experience using Sage 50 - Useful
  • Good organisation and time management skills - Required

Job Offer
