Description

Reporting to the team head, you are expected to lead the team on various financial transformation projects. You will need to identify, define, and implement strategic actions for financial improvement, including finance business partnering & process transformation, FP&A, Enterprise Performance Management, etc. You will also need to be the business partner to communicate with stakeholders.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in BBA/ Accounting and Finance/ Information Management
• Experience in finance transformation in Insurance/ financial institutions
• Strong project management, business process re-engineering, or change management
• Able to learn and adopt best practices and drive transformation solutions through collaboration with multiple stakeholders
• Logical and innovative with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• People management experience
• Excellent communication skills - in both Chinese and English
