We are currently looking for a (Senior) Manager – Business Analytics and Management Information Systems to join our dynamic Global Finance & Accounting team in Hong Kong.

About This Role…

• Be a thought leader in developing our state of the art financial planning and reporting systems including Jedox, Tableau, datawarehouse, and other systems as a critical resource for insight and analysis
• Evaluate new technology and innovations to Finance & Accounting to deliver better insights for decision making and improve efficiency
• Perform meaningful quantitative or qualitative analyses addressing impactful business issues
• Design and implement reports and dashboards to bring data insights to the target audience
• Drive automation solutions across key processes such as reporting, including replacing manual interfaces between systems
• Provide system and data analysis training to the finance and operations teams
• Work closely with Finance, IT and business professionals globally and outside contractors to implement innovations applying change management and project management skills

You might be a good fit if you have …

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or Business
• 8+ years of working experience in driving digital reporting and process improvements
• Strong skills in MS Excel and systems, especially in business intelligence and financial performance management systems
• Able to work independently under pressure and stress timeline
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
• Knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI or Jedox is an advantage but not necessary
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager – Business Analytics and Management Information Systems
