Our client, based in Wimborne, are a big player in the biological manufacturing and Production industry. With growth being the main focus of the past year, the finance team is re-structuring, allowing for a management accountant to join the ranks.

Description

Key responsibilities for the incoming Management Accountant:

• Preparing management accounts and finance reports in line with the business
• Assisting in key decision making
• Supporting month end duties
• Ad-hoc project work
• Identifying areas for improvement in processes and systems
• Analysing financial information to support key budget holders assisting in profitability and growth
• Managing effective relationships across different teams

Profile

The successful Management Accountant:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA part qualified or full
• Ability to communicate with clarity on financial matters to non-finance employees
• Strong and enthusiastic personality with the focus and drive to help the business grow
• Ability to challenge for continuous improvement
• Analytical
• Strong team player and adaptable

Job Offer

Competitive salary of £40000 to £45000 DoE
