About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Reconciliations team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

• You will be monitoring daily operational deliverables, ensuring they are in line with client service level agreements.
• You will resolve issues with daily Trade, Portfolio and Cash Reconciliations to ensure a level of high quality is achieved while meeting client SLAs.
• You will liaise with hedge fund clients in a professional manner to analyze and resolve any open issues.
• You will demonstrate strong understanding and awareness of Risk Policies & Best Practice Procedures within the department.
• You will ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards.
• You will support the conversion and launch of all new clients & fund set ups.
• You will work with internal stakeholders on any opens issues with clients.
• You will assist and participate in audits within tight deadlines.
• You will take initiative to exceed clients’ expectations.
• You will assist in ad-hoc requests & projects as requested.

About You:

• You are degree qualified with Strong Knowledge of Hedge Funds, and have a minimum of 6 months experience in the funds industry.
• You have knowledge of/and or exposure to financial instruments (eg. Equities, Bonds, Options, OTCs, Forwards) and Middle Officer Reconciliation processes.
• You are client service oriented and have excellent communication skills.
• You have Business, Technical & Commercial Awareness.
• You have Quality & Risk Control awareness.
• You have excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
• You have excellent Analytical & Problem Solving skills.
• You have an ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• You are a strong and committed team player.
• You have adaptability and drive for results.
• You have strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) along with an aptitude in learning new applications and systems.
