Your field of responsibility

The US Liquidity Measurement & Reporting (LMR) team is seeking to hire a VP in New York responsible for the production of the Complex Institution Liquidity Monitoring Report (FR 2052a) for the US Intermediate Holding Company and stand-alone material legal entities, the US Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), and US Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR).

Applicant will ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of key daily liquidity reports including the Fr2052a, the LCR & the NSFR, as well as internal liquidity stress models for the US Operations.

Ownership of the risk and control processes ensuring compliance with the banks control framework.

Applicant will perform a leadership role on key global projects and initiatives.

The role also provides a great opportunity to collaborate across many areas of the bank (Front Office, Treasury, Finance Change, Group Finance, IT, Regional Management and Operations) and gain exposure across many different banking products.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for applicants with an equivalent experience who is looking to lead a production team, who has a proven background in regulatory reporting, and is control minded.

  • Degree in accounting, economics, finance, or business-related field Public accounting, audit experience a plus!
  • Proven experience 8+ years of working within Financial Reporting, Treasury, or Regulatory Reporting functions
  • Familiarity with BIS and US liquidity regulations including Reg YY Enhanced Prudential Standards for Foreign Banking Organizations; FR2052a; Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR); Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR)
  • Proven managerial experience working across multiple regions and functional silos
  • Detailed product and accounting knowledge within the banking sector
  • Detailed knowledge of accounting, liquidity or regulatory reporting
  • Phenomenal analytical, planning and organization skills
  • Excellent control approach, and are comfortable working with large data sets
  • Excellent communication and social skills
