Responsible for a broad range of management reporting and variance analysis along with daily transactional tasks, which will facilitate the month end, year end and also audit external tasks. The wider department's remit is to support the business with timely and accurate management information, controls and variance analysis.

Client Details

UK subsidiary of an international family owned German FMCG Company. The UK business was started in 1995 and is a self-supporting business with its own P&L responsibility. In addition to the Finance Dept. there are Sales, Sales Operations (logistics) and Marketing Depts.

Description

  • SAP user / FMCG / Commercial experience essential
  • AR experience / Bi - Business warehouse a bonus
  • Clear communication skills - written and verbal
  • To be a logical and practical thinker
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work to deadlines, juggle work load and able to prioritise
  • To be confident using a GL system and also Excel
  • Ideally a good working knowledge of SAP - especially AP and AR module, bank and GL
  • modules
  • Can-do attitude / Self starter
  • Able to suggest process improvements
  • Experience of working within a small company and within a small team

Profile

  • Newly Qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA OR QUALIFIED BY EXPERIENCE
