A CFO role that will spearhead transformation and work to successfully execute on business strategy.

Client Details

This organisation is a leading Vietnamese pharmaceutical business. They have been in operation for over 40 years and have a strong customer base both in Vietnam and abroad.

Description

  • Develop and implements a strategic plan that will set out a future vision for the whole function
  • Work with Private Equity to ensure the successful delivery of the strategy
  • Successfully lead, develop and upskil the current finance and accounting team
  • Identities the critical issues to be addressed in achieving the Vision and establish short, medium, and long-term objectives, strategies, and plans for the department
  • Responsible for developing finance strategies to support short and long-term objectives of the organization
  • Oversees all aspects of financial reporting: timely preparation, review, audit and reporting in compliance with VAS and IFRS, including preparation of annual and quarterly reports to the Board, Audit Committee, shareholders, securities commission, and the stock exchange filings if and when necessary
  • Develops International and domestic tax minimization strategies, with assistance from external tax advisors

Profile

The successful candidate will have had experience working in either the healthcare, pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector. You must be a transformative CFO and be able to work to develop and then execute on strategy. It is essential that you have had experience as a CFO previously and have a strong track record of positive outcomes.

You must be willing to work in Dong Thap - housing will be provided for those that wish to relocate.

This role is open to candidates that are fluent in Vietnamese.
