TRAINEE MORTGAGE & SECURED LOAN ADVISOR -CeMAP FUNDED -CONGLETON, CHESHIRE
Salary; £22k + Bonus
Hours; Monday - Thursday 9-7:30pm, Friday 9-5:30pm. NO WEEKENDS.
Full Time - Permanent.
Job Description
• Conduct calls in a professional manner following FCA and company guidelines.
• Review a detailed fact find from customers of their financial situation and assess how we can assist them.
• Seek permission to carry out a credit search and inform clients of DPA through system scripts.
• Ensure that all calls are dealt with to the agreed timescale and in an appropriate manor.
• Obtain necessary client documentation for the underwriting team.
• Input and log all customer information onto the bespoke sourcing system.
• Work to set KPI's and targets in line with TCF in relation to productivity and effectiveness.
• Adhere to all compliance and Training and Competency needs within the business.
• Maintain competent working standards in line with requirements of compliance (DPA, FCA, AML and all other legislation).

We are looking for highly motivated sales people who have experience selling in a call centre environment, hitting targets & KPI'S.
