Client Details

Our client is a Japanese FMCG company who focus on food and beverage products. With over 25 years of experience, and offices around the world, they are now seeking for an Accounting Assistant to join their team for future expansion in the APAC region.

Description

• Supporting daily operation including accounts payable/accounts receivable/general ledger
• Assist in maintaining the master data: vendor, customer, and pricing
• E-commerce transactions posting
• Invoice and credit note preparation
• Contracts and documents filing
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Profile

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or business-related discipline
• Prior experience in handling full set of accounts is a definite advantage
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and prior experience in professional accounting software (SAP) is an advantage
• Well organised, detail-minded, able to work under pressure, self-motivated and a good team player to strive for excellence
• FMCG and E-commerce operations accounting experience is highly desirable
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
