  • The key business partner to the BU directors supporting the overall country strategies, understanding and influencing the business and communicating the financial information to the organization.
  • Responsible for the management of the short/long-term forecasting, annual budgeting and variance analysis requirements of the business.

Description

  • Prepare long-range plan (5 years) with base growth, price increases and inventory build/burn assumptions
  • Responsible in the development and maintenance of the internal planning policies and procedures
  • Utilize the budget models for preparation / analysis of the data to ensure a sound budget is submitted to corporate.
  • Work collaboratively with General Manager and BU Director through the entire budget process
  • Work with stakeholders to establish price, volume and new/discontinued products Assist commercial marketing team with individual Product Group plans
  • Responsible for assisting the local management with the annual budget delivering sales, margin (local and manufacturing), operating expenses and capital items within the required timelines.
  • Responsible for the monthly business review (MBR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) reporting and analysis including the risk and opportunities for the quarter.
  • Responsible for local reporting and variance analysis as required for the commercial business.
  • Develop Operating Expense plan (including gross profit)
  • Align with business partners/functions on budget expectations o Compile headcount information from HR
  • Work with business partners to establish capital requirements for the business



Profile

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar FP&A role (preferably Commercial roles)

  • Sound FP&A aptitude coupled with technical accounting and reporting skills

  • Strong communication skills
