Associate Investment Director (Real Estate)

This position is to develop feasibility study, financial analysis, and business opportunities to expand into overseas area.

Description

• Develop and conduct financial modelling for project feasibility, business valuation.
• Conduct financial modelling, in-depth feasibility analysis and due diligence support e.g. valuation and transaction structure
• Analyze relevant data and maintain coverage of industries and companies news to identify emerging trends, opportunities and risks to justify the investment case
• Elaborate Macro and Micro analysis and long-term evolution of rates and figure.
• Analyze and report results to each strategic business unit and management on quarterly basis by presentation
• Conduct Risk Assessment evaluation on the several scenarios possible and elaborate individual mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain relationship and access with the investment relation and the management of the companies under coverage
• Prepare analysis and recommendation of best options and possible outcomes

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or above graduates in Finance, Economics or Accounting, or a related field
• 8 years experiences in Investment Banking, Equity Research, Business Development or Consultant would be an advantage
• Profound understanding of equity market, equity valuation, financial modelling, fundamental analysis, asset allocation, and investment theories.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Excellent in MS office skill and Presentation tools
• Fluent in English
