We have an immediate need to bring on a Business Analyst intern to cover some key projects for approximately three months.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with assigning tickets in our system, RemedyForce
  • Identify and document current team projects and responsibilities to help transparency and find knowledge gaps
  • Work on data manipulation tasks between our data storage systems, ensuring data fidelity and recommending process improvements
  • Generating and editing reports, analyzing the output and iterating on them to improve their usefulness


What we're looking for
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, and forecast the time needed to complete a task
  • Confidence to contact colleagues at multiple levels to understand requirements
  • Ability to delegate workloads, set milestones for check-ins, and confirm stakeholders are satisfied
  • High attention to detail, strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently and ownership of tasks
  • The ability to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting
  • Able to identify priority, dependency and overcome those with minimum guidance
  • Displays energy, drive and stamina
  • Open minded, flexible and able to adapt, and multi-task
  • Must be an excellent communicator both written and verbally
  • An aptitude to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment


We recommend the following
  • Good ability to work in Excel, Word and other MS programs
  • Some experience with CRMs like Salesforce or other data systems
  • Experience with statistics is essential, mainly regression analysis


Candidates with at least a year of relevant work experience are preferred (internships are welcome!) Ideal candidates are commutable to our Gurgaon office if you wish to work alongside colleagues but we are also open to 100% remote in India.
