Trainee Associate - Financial Services.

This area of the business is responsible for the receipt and payment of monies to / from investors / intermediaries and the reconciliation of cash and stock positions for European based funds and Funds Network fund supermarket business. They also process fund distributions, tax & interest accrual processing and various other control related activities for Business Operations.
With a full training programme, you will become a member of this team where you will be trained up on for ensuring that appropriate client money regulations and controls on customer assets are adhered to and best practice standards are maintained across all activities. Further responsibilities with training will include:

• The daily investigation, reconciliation and settlements using information received from Deal Corrections and system generated reports.
• Monitor and action items received via work hub queue on a daily basis.
• Monitoring and recording of Deal Correction transaction from Sonata system on daily basis
• Investigation of exceptional dealing, breaks in automated journey and taking further action to resolve the same.

As someone with a willingness to learn and develop over the long-term, you will be someone who is highly organised, numerate, have an eye for detail, IT literate and be a confident communicator.
