JOB DESCRIPTION
v Responsible for the full spectrum of Financial, accounting functions and business support.
v Manage and lead the Finance team to ensure effective day-to-day operations of overall accounting and finance functions.
v Understanding input and validate the integrity of the reporting to influence strategic decision making and planning by using data to provide advice and/or disruptive ideas
v Identity, resolve, or provide guidance on the resolution of complex data integrity issues while improving controls to address financial risk and support frugality.
v Timely and accurate monthly/annual financial (include P & L, balance sheet, etc) and management reporting, in compliance with the applicable governing standards and regulations and group reporting requirements.
v Effectively and efficiently work with a tax agent, auditors company secretary and bankers, and all other relevant parties.
v Preparation and implementation of budgets.
v Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimum cash level.
v Formulate and enforce continuous improvement on financial and operations internal controls, policies and procedures.
v Need to communicate with Head Quarter Office Accounts Department at China.
v Preparation, monitor, and perform financial analysis and Report to CEO.
v Other administrative and ad-hoc duties as and when required from time to time.
Requirement
v Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree (ACCA/ICAEW/CPA) Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.
v Minimum 5 years of working experience managing financial operations in Manufacturing.
v Ability to adapt and adopt to various demands and expectations.
v Comfort in the start-up environment and able to create structure and foundational accounting processes.
v Strong priority management skills
v Hands on approach and to coach subordinates to ensure they can work as team player.
v Maintain absolute confidentiality on all company's data and payroll functions
v Positive attitude, hardworking, trustworthy and mature. Protect the company's information and interest at all times.
v Committed to do whatever it takes, including working long hours to deliver results.
v Good communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
v Pleasant disposition and able to work well with all level of employees. Independent is more advantage.
v Excellent in computer skills in Microsoft Office.
v Detail oriented person, problem solver and follow the dateline.
v Must have driving license and willing to travel.
