Assistant Accountant

This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to step into a reputable organisation based in Perth's inner suburbs. This is a great opportunity with a lot of support in the team, flexible work arrangements and flexible start and finish times.

You would be reporting directly into a the head of finance and working in a great team environment.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Reporting to the head of finance and working in a varied and diverse role
• End to end accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Building strong supplier relationships
• Processing bank and credit card reconciliations
• Assisting with month-end duties including journals
• Assisting with payroll processing
• Driving innovation and change to processes, to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as an Assistant Accountant or Senior Accounts Officer
• Ideally hold a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting or higher
