Marks Sattin is working with a Financial services specialist who is currently recruiting for a Conduct Specialist to join the Internal audit team.
Working as an Internal Audit Manager, you will pay a key role in delivering audits across multiple business units. You will be responsible for assessing internal controls are operating effectively and whether processes, policies and systems meet business requirements through the delivery of a comprehensive internal audit plan.
Key responsibilities:
Working in a hybrid model, you will be comfortable coming to the office 2 days a week to ensure effective relationships are built and maintained across the organisation.

You will be responsible for assessing internal controls are operating effectively and whether processes, policies and systems meet business requirements through the delivery of a comprehensive internal audit plan.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end delivery and quality of audit work by other Internal Auditors and/or Managers.
- Carrying out detailed audit planning to determine the scope and objectives of individual audits.
- Performing detailed audit testing to determine whether controls are adequately designed and operating effectively to mitigate key risks.
- Producing Internal Audit reports that are impactful balanced and address the root cause of issues.
Working in a hybrid model, you will be comfortable coming to the office 2 days a week to ensure effective relationships are built and maintained across the organisation.
