Description
The Part Qualified Finance Business Partner/Finance Analyst will have a wide range of duties and in this role, you will play a key part in supporting financial and non-financial stakeholders in accounting activities, focusing on capital and project expense, including budgeting, forecasting, and modelling. Building relationships with these operational teams, you will work on variance analysis, improving long term planning processes and financial controls, CAPEX proposals, and procurement, becoming a true business partner.
Reporting to the FP&A Manager and working within a small team, you'll also be hands-on in month end activities.
Profile
The successful Part Qualified Finance Business Partner will have a strong background in Finance and a confident personality who will enjoy partnering with senior stakeholders across the business. The individual will have:
- A Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
- Working towards a professional finance qualification - CIMA, ACCA etc.
- Experience in a similar FP&A role, combined with strong analytics
- Experience of business partnering and articulating finance to non-finance stakeholders
- To be proactive, willing to take initiative
- Strong time management skills, flexible to the fluctuating demands of a busy finance department, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
