Due to the company's rapid expansion, we are looking to further grow our Finance Team which forms part of our Support Operations Centre, located between Bristol and Bath.

About the role: This permanent role of Part-Qualified Management Accountant is to support on the delivery of management accounting information to the business in a timely and accurate fashion to facilitate strategic decision making.The successful candidate will be responsible as they support production of site P&Ls, working with and across the business to deliver accurate and timely monthly results. You will support specific balance sheet account reconciliations, working with and across teams to deliver a comprehensively reconciled balance sheet pack each month. As well as delivery of quality and professional service to internal stakeholders.What are we looking for?

• Exam and Time/ QBE qualified individuals
• Minimum 3 years finance experience
• Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment - flexibility is key
• Comfortable working within a clinical context where compassion is a requirement
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work well within the team, and communicate effectively but sympathetically with the surgeries.
• Excellent IT skills including advanced excel
• Strong attention to detail to enable delivery of "right first time" results
• An enquiring nature and high levels of professional skeptiscm in order to challenge operational teams where necessary
