About the role

We are embarking on an ambitious journey to leverage innovative technologies which accelerate our business growth and reduce our cost to serve. To achieve this, we are driving a strategic program to optimize our service delivery model by centralizing and standardizing processes around the globe.

We are looking for an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) manager who can further strengthen and lead a new MDM organization and team to ensure that we can deliver across our 2022 objectives and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Oversees all MDM related business processes and is responsible for timely and correct execution of master data creation and maintenance across TMF. Strong promotor of MDM within TMF. Report directly into Global Finance.
• Defines and owns the MDM vision, data management principles and policies and translate this into a clear multi-year plan.
• Establish and implement MDM capabilities and best practices aligned with business domains and transformation goals and priorities.
• Establishes an Operating Model by building effective partnerships with business domains and implement clear roles & responsibilities close to the business.
• Active involvement in all business- and IT initiatives cross function to access impact on master data.
• Drives continuous improvement and supports the business to next maturity level.

Ideally, you meet the following hiring criteria:

• Bachelor/MSc degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or Engineering will be preferred
• 7+ years professional experience within the MDM area with at least 2 years of management experience
• Knowledge of setting up a data organization, governance structure and MDM processes.
• Experienced with data architectures, data quality and MDM related tooling.
• Quick learner and self starter with highly structured approach to problem solving and managing competing priorities in a complex international environment
• Excellent interpersonal required to effectively work with different global stakeholders on different levels within the TMF organization.
• Strong communication skills. Perfect in English.
