Role Responsibilities
This role helps support the strategic initiatives related to Tier 4 (T4) portfolio of clients globally i.e. groups that generate less than $100K of revenue for the bank, with focus on optimisation in terms of cost reduction and revenue growth initiatives in collaboration with CLDM teams and product partners.

The role holder will closely engage and work with the Director, T4 Portfolio Management, FI SE on a day to day basis

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with coverage teams across multiple locations for feedback on client groups, standalones and portfolio clean up opportunities and work closely with CLDM to execute on these decisions.
  • Actively manage offboarding of clients where revenue and account plan do not meet minimum FI client thresholds and help resolve for any roadblocks and highlight any delays.
  • Support the product partnerships and gain business experience, by way of keeping track of growth opportunities, digitisation opportunities and pipeline for clients wherever applicable.
  • Develop quarterly updates/communication for T4 portfolio management to demonstrate progress across revenue and cost parameters, client digitisation and up-tiering etc.
  • Track ongoing risk management of the portfolio including completion of CDD and credit reviews.
  • Support the Director, Tier 4 Portfolio Management and Head of Strategic Enablement with the development and implementation of T4 Portfolio optimisation strategy, in support of the target operating model.
  • Refresh the T4 portfolio on an annual basis so as to facilitate preparation of an annual plan including any additional names for exit, maintain and growth, and retag opportunities.
  • Coordinate with coverage teams across multiple locations for feedback on client groups, standalones and portfolio clean up opportunities and work closely with CLDM to execute on these decisions.
  • Help manage global pipeline with respect to growth and maintain names within the T4 portfolio with coverage and product partners
  • Actively manage offboarding decisions on clients whose revenue and account plan do not meet the minimum requirement of the FI portfolio.
  • Develop quarterly updates/communication for T4 portfolio management to demonstrate progress across revenue and cost parameters, client digitisation and clients moving up a tier etc.
  • Help coordinate signing of any legal documentation and account setups for the limited product offering.

  • Support the regular review of the processes to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate across the organisation including, CFCC, CLDM, COBAM, FI Risk and Product partners to constructively challenge and improve processes such that SCB is oriented to effectively acquire and service the FI portfolio.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 1- 2 years' experience in banking front office support, operations or analytics role.
  • Familiarity with Financial Institutions preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication/writing skills with ability to get points across to all levels internally & externally.
  • Excellent analytics and reporting skills, being able to cross-check the work and manage communications.
  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines and manage expectations
