Your field of responsibility

Your future team portfolio is very wide, as we are responsible for entire Technology (IT) financial processes and central items. We are involved in planning, forecasting, reporting, hardware managing and related depreciation, cost allocations and reclasses as well as portfolio rate-cards calculations. This is an outstanding opportunity to start journey or broaden your knowledge of Finance world for IT related organization. Your personal book of work will consist of:

  • Managing proper assets reflected within IT units, from its start (purchasing) through capitalization and further depreciation over useful life period.
  • Ownership of Capitalization across Division. As part of Demand Management, represent Finance as an approver and controller.
  • Driving planning and forecasting process for above mentioned items.
  • Preparing reports to guide management on various levels and from different function on current and expect status of assigned elements.
  • Maintenance of professional relationships with internal and external partners across the Globe.

You’ll be a good match, if you have:

  • 3+ years of proven work experience with emphasis in finance, accounting and planning/forecasting.
  • University degree in accounting or finance with sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
  • Analytical skills and holistic thinking, flair for data & figures, problem solving attitude.
  • Solid MS Office skills (especially practical Excel, PowerPoint knowledge, VBA and MS Access would be an asset)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Proven ability to manage work well under pressure handling multiple priorities.
  • Well-developed organizational skills, strong motivation and a positive attitude.
  • Outstanding communication in English, interpersonal and client management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and obtain new knowledge and experience.
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
