Who we are looking for:

The team you will be joining is acting in several areas focused on Investor Tax and Fund TaxServices reporting. The Tax Team is a part of State StreetBank International GmbH, Luxembourg Branch. The team members are the key contacts between State Street clients, tax advisors (e.g. for the compilation of the Austrian, Swiss, UK and US Tax Reporting), and the local administrations (e.g. for the quarterly Subscription Tax declarations, the annual VAT declarations under the simplified regime for the Luxembourgish domiciled Funds).

What you will be responsible for:

As Tax Analyst for Investor and Fund Tax Services, Senior Associate you will:

  • Focus on controlling and oversighting the on-going tax figures calculation
  • Interfere with State Street operation teams (Fund Accounting, Client Service Management, Financial Reporting, Regulator and Domiciliary Teams)
  • Liaise with Tax Advisors and the Luxembourgish Tax Administrations
  • Follow up on tax changes and clients wishes
  • Provide support for the implementation of the regulatory changes (e.g. ESG with some tax benefits granted in case of investments in sustainable assets)
  • Participate to the integration of the new businesses.

  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Pro-active behavior and ownership skills
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with colleagues and managers.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduated in accounting, finance or equivalent
  • Experience in Fund Accounting considered as a plus
  • Good English level, German or French considered as a plus
